This information describes the current technical setup. Additional company details, hosting and backup locations, retention periods and agreements with infrastructure and email providers are still being confirmed.

Information processed during a visit
Delivering the website requires technical connection information, including your IP address. The website application has no account database or visitor access log. With your consent, Matomo also processes visit information for statistics. Any hosting or network logs are subject to the infrastructure arrangements.
Hosting and digital sovereignty
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, a German provider. Choosing a European provider supports greater control over our infrastructure and personal data protection. Digital sovereignty is a principle guiding the further development of AccuZegel.
A Hetzner cloud service’s location depends on the selected region. Exact hosting, backup and email locations and arrangements will be added once confirmed. See Hetzner’s data protection information.
Website security
- HTTPS encrypts connections; HSTS requires a secure connection.
- Fonts, images and website code come from our own domain. Only monit.costadelsolinvest.nl is additionally permitted for the Matomo script and measurement.
- Security headers restrict resources and scripts and prevent embedding in an external frame.
- This public website has no accounts, upload feature or personal-data storage form. Search and filtering happen in your browser; a query can still appear in the URL and technical server information.
These measures describe the public website. Security and access arrangements for the future application will be specified separately before personal or battery data are processed there.
Foreign legislation and data requests
Using a European provider does not automatically exclude all foreign powers, including those under the US CLOUD Act or USA PATRIOT Act. Requests for personal data must be assessed under applicable law, including the GDPR and rules for transfers outside the EEA. See the EDPB guidelines on Article 48 GDPR.
Matomo website statistics
With your consent, Matomo measures page visits, outgoing link clicks and downloads to help us improve the website. It uses monit.costadelsolinvest.nl, site ID 2. This may involve the page URL and title, referring page, time, browser information, a temporary visit identifier and your IP address. Query parameters and fragments are removed from the measured page and referrer URLs.
The measurement script loads from this domain when the page opens, establishing a technical connection to the Matomo server. Without consent, the tracker sends no measurement requests. Matomo uses no analytics cookies on this website, even after consent. Measurement remains off if your browser sends Do Not Track. There is no automatic tracking pixel when JavaScript is disabled. No advertising pixels or session recordings have been added.
Consent is the legal basis for these optional statistics. Refusing has no effect on use of the website. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops measurement. It does not automatically erase previously stored server data; contact us with a privacy request for that.
Server retention periods, IP anonymisation settings and processor arrangements are still being confirmed. We do not claim that the collected information is fully anonymous.
Cookies and local storage
Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days in localStorage under accuzegel.analytics-consent.v1, solely to remember your preference. No analytics cookies are used.
Matomo is configured with disableCookies and setDoNotTrack. Existing Matomo tracking cookies from the previous setup are removed. Cookieless does not automatically mean anonymous. Cross-domain linking is configured for connected AccuZegel domains; Matomo may pass a temporary visit identifier through the pk_vid URL parameter. The future application does not have an active measurement implementation through this website.
Email and external links
Analytics preferences can be changed through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
If you email us, your message contains the information you choose to share. It is intended to handle your enquiry. An email request starts in your own email application and is not submitted through a website form.
External links connect you to another website only when you follow them. That provider’s privacy policy then applies.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, GDPR rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Send privacy requests to the contact address above. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Future application
The processing, legal grounds, retention periods, providers and any transfers for the future application will be described separately before accounts or battery data are processed.
