What we do
AccuZegel is a trading name of DataChanges B.V. We support manufacturers and importers in preparing for the European battery passport. Our approach connects factory data with a structured digital dossier and a QR code for the battery.
From preparation to ongoing management
We begin with a readiness scan to establish available information and gaps. English and Chinese questionnaires help collect factory data. We then prepare passport information and the associated QR code.
The intended service combines one-off onboarding with a fixed monthly fee for hosting, dossier updates and monitoring regulatory developments. Scope and fees are agreed in advance; there are no public prices yet.
Clear responsibilities
You review and confirm the final registration. We define responsibilities and agreements concerning supplied information before work begins. The legal responsibility of the relevant economic operator remains; a confirmation click does not automatically remove liability.
An independent initiative
AccuZegel is not a government body, official EU certification mark or certification authority. References to EU rules provide legal context and do not imply endorsement by the European Union.
The portal is in development
We are developing the portal for creating and managing passports, from shared model data to individual batteries and larger series. It will be available at app.accuzegel.nl. Account creation, login and self-service registration are not available yet.
